The Life Force Arts and Technology Academy (LATA) is an urban K-5 elementary school of dedicated staff and teachers supported by a number of specialists and parents. The population of LATA encompasses richness in culture, customs, talents, skills and interests. The Academy aims to provide personalized learning in an integrated curriculum, attention to individual needs, and challenging all students to meet their maximum potential. The LATA program includes core curriculum of standard educational achievement and a co-curriculum of performing arts, technology, maximum parental involvement, and a model Extended Day Program.
